We want consistent automation + AI-agent contributions across the cashubtc org. This repo currently has no AGENTS.md.

Proposal

Add AGENTS.md with repo-specific guidance for agent-driven work, e.g.:

• What kinds of changes are safe for agents to propose (typos, formatting, link fixes, etc.)
• What requires human confirmation (normative spec changes, breaking changes)
• How to run checks (if any), and conventions for spec edits
• Labeling/review notes (e.g., how to use new nut, breaking change, etc.)
• Link to CONTRIBUTING.md for normal contribution workflow
