Remove redundant redb forwarding adapters and validate trusted wallet routing before opening storage. The public storage traits and embedded behavior remain available directly on their implementations.

Depends on #22. Lightning receiver configuration is unified by the following mint-backed L402 PR.

Validation: formatting, Clippy, workspace tests and documentation passed. The complete stack passed 78 tests, cargo-deny, native Nix checks, and real Bitcoin/LDK regtest.

refactor: simplify storage adapters and validated wallet setup ... b0205fb7d6

Implement PaymentStore directly on RedbStore and CashuJournal directly on
Ledger, removing forwarding methods while preserving transaction ordering
and the existing on-disk layout.

Validate trusted wallets once before opening storage and pass the validated
routes into Payments. Keep managed and explicitly empty wallet sets distinct.
